The fame and the location

I had to wait in my room for 20mins for them to bring the room keys, that's ridiculous that caused me being late to my appointment. For you need the key to activate the elevator to your floor. The room was not neatly prepared not matchng up to the name of the hotel.

Everything. If 7 stars hotels were existing the adlon should be one of them

The location was excellent and the hotel has the charm of old Berlin despite the fact that it's actually new. Also, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

I did not like the fact that breakfast is not included and is very expensive.

The concierge was absolutely brilliant - the best i've ever encountered. They went out of their way to be helpful and every suggestion and recommendation was excellent and spot on e.g. from the best wiener schnitzel in town to recommending a fabulous local restaurant.

Like many spas, the treatments included a few time wasters. However, the spa is beautiful and still worth using.

The ambiance was wonderful. I loved the tasteful decor of the room and the lobby. The location is excellent.

I wish the lobby was non-smoking or you would put the smokers in their own section. I couldn't enjoy sitting in the lobby because of all the smoke and therefore missed out on spending time listening to the music and enjoying the lovely setting.

La hubicación centrica, el tamaño de la habitación y del baño, la insonoricación de las habitación, el servicio gratuito de las bicicletas, la amabilidad y predisposición del persosnal, aun no sabiendo español, la piscina ya que no la utiliza casi nadie y eso la hace aun mejor todavía

No hay muchas personas del servivio que sepan español y no parece que vaya a ser una de sus preocupaciones
