Het klopt allemaal,tegen de perfectie aan. Personeel is zeer aardig en gemoedelijk ,helemaal niet (te) formeel zoals je vaak elders aantreft. Alleen de water-temperatuur van de douche ging wat te veel heen en weer,zonder dat de knop bediend werd. Ik heb dit ook doorgegeven. |

Prachtig hotel, met werkelijk schitterende kamers, en uitstekende service. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid, en goed. Het dekbed was voor mij veel en veel te warm. |

The staff were excellent. We had a couple of problems (neither of them anything to do with the hotel) and the staff were excellent in helping us. |

The fame and the location I had to wait in my room for 20mins for them to bring the room keys, that's ridiculous that caused me being late to my appointment. For you need the key to activate the elevator to your floor. The room was not neatly prepared not matchng up to the name of the hotel. |

Was very impressed by the care, attention to detail, and understanding of the staff at the Adlon Kempinsky Berlin. Sheer luxury not only in material terms, but in humane ones, too. |

The location was excellent and the hotel has the charm of old Berlin despite the fact that it's actually new. Also, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. I did not like the fact that breakfast is not included and is very expensive. |

The concierge was absolutely brilliant - the best i've ever encountered. They went out of their way to be helpful and every suggestion and recommendation was excellent and spot on e.g. from the best wiener schnitzel in town to recommending a fabulous local restaurant. Like many spas, the treatments included a few time wasters. However, the spa is beautiful and still worth using. |
