Lage Renovations were in progress which took away the bar facilities and the Breakfast restaurant. We had booked a room with a view over the Zoo gardens - where not given one - even when queried. Booked King size bed where not given one. When queried said they would fix it but only put a sheet over the two twin beds! |

Outstanding overall quality, staff very friendly, great breakfast choice in a relaxing enviroment, excellent position with public transportations (S+U Bahn) just at 5 minutes walk. |

The rooms are confortable, very good and rich breakfast, and the staff very eficient and friendly. We recommend it with love. The location is good and central although it is a long walk to the nearest underground station for mature people. |

Location of the hotel is excellent and it has it's own parking garage to guests arriving with their own car. Everything was arranged very well, room was very comfortable and well equipped. Staff was polite and nice, which made us feel welcome. We will definitely visit again when we come to Berlin next time! |

Just about everything... the staff were gracious and welcoming, the room was large and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. They were doing some remodeling so the pool was closed. We had to walk across the street to the 5-star Intercontinental. I had mixed feelings about that. The Intercontinental's pool was lovely but we did have to walk across the street. If you want a pool on-site, verify when the remodeling will be complete (perhaps early 2009?). |
