Convenient central location

The room (deluxe) was small and extremely basic especially for a 5-star hotel. Air-co only worked on one intensity level. The spa was closed for refurbishment without any prior notice.

Very friendly staff, impressive lobby and nice rooms.

The rooms are too small for a 4 star hotel. The spa was closed due to transformation work, if I would have known this I would have chosen another hotel.

As a family we had 3 rooms very close to each other. The hotel was really in the centre of the town.

The fitness was a disappointment en the swimming pool was under reconstruction and this was not announced

The room was impeccably clean- the housekeeping staff was amazing and attentive. Room service was pretty good.

This hotel seems to have used a post-modern design for both aesthetic and practical purposes. The beds do not have top sheets; the shower does not have a true door/curtain. We were always too hot or cold at night, so we never slept well. Also, another pet peeve of mine- the water would go from scalding hot to tepid constantly while we took showers.

The location, the staff, the room service.

The bathroom had an old water odour, no tea and coffee in the room and no iron/ironing board in room.
