It is a fine hotel, and the staff are very helpful. The room was very spacious. It is very conveniently located, and yet it is located in a quiet area. The breakfast was very good. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times now, and have enjoyed my stay each time. There is a lovely charm about the hotel building and its internal decor. |

Good Selection of food for breakfast and always fresh and tasty Very dim lighting in room difficult to read also had only one swipe card for room door which meant that we could not go out separately. |

The room was spacious and comfortable with air-conditioning. The location was excellent and the area was quiet. The cost of the laundry service was extortionate. The food was poor for a four star hotel and the English breakfast was cold. The size of the restaurant was too small to accommodate the number of guest expected for breakfast. |

Nice location. Near to some of the most important Berlin sites. Namely the Check point Charlie and parts of the old wall. Two minutes from a very central subway station that gives access to all city by the excellent public transportation network of berlin. And still in a very quiet neighborhood. No free internet connection. Is kind of odd that, for an hotel this price, you must pay a extremely expensive price for the internet connection. |

the beds were really comfortable and the shower was nice and powerful... it was also quiet yet close to the U bahn no coffee making facilities in the room, only 2 of the many channels were in english (and they were news channels) staff were a bit weird. |
