The hotel staff were friendly. Its place is on all the transportation facilities (main train station, Trumway, Busses which transport to Frankfurt Hahn airport). Many resturants around. It's away from noisy places. There was no Kettle (boiler) to make tea or coffee! The internet was disconnecting continuesly and they said their going to fix it (maybe they will sort it out)! |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They make it a priority to take care of guests. Great breakfast, and wi-fi included in price. Rooms are small but clean, and three minute walk from main train station. In my opinion, the best value for money in frankfurt. Be aware that traffic and hall noise can be distracting. |

1) Very close to the main train station 2) Breakfast provided 3) Free WIFI and internet access 1) Very very small room and toilet 2) Old furniture and fittings 3) Dank and damp smell in the room (worse when air-con was switched on) 4) Insects flying about in the room because the cleaning lady did not close the windows 5) Pillows were too soft 6) The room I stayed in differed greatly from the pictures posted on the website 7) Carpets not very clean |
