Very enjoyable stay. We arrived in Berlin on an early morning flight and didn't expect to access the room until the afternoon, however the staff changed our room so that we able to check in immediately without being asked. |

Great location, friendly front desk staff. Partner raved about her massage. Interior decoration just didn't work for us. It's funky beyond need, and not in a cool way, and definitely not in a functional way. |

the hotel is located in a great area and a good start to discover Berlin. Breakfast at the hotel is exquisite but also exquisitely expensive. the welcome was not great at the reception. the hotel didn't have the correct booking in their administration and told us at first that they were fully booked. in the end they did have a room for us but we did not feel welcome as one should feel when arriving at the hotel of your choice. this is a great hotel for business trips but i would not necessarily recommend it for families or couples. |

Prima service, onder meer uitstekende roomservice Comfortabele lounge of bar om te lezen ontbreekt. Dit is wat mij betreft een behoorlijk gemis en een reden om toch weer naar een ander hotel uit te wijken de volgende keer. |
