Just a short walk along the River Isar from the Marienplatz and the Englischer Garten, Munich’s largest hotel offers modern and stylish facilities suited to both business and leisure guests.

In this easily accessible location beside an S-Bahn station you can enjoy comfortable accommodation with high-speed internet access and modern business equipment. Events, meetings and banquets can be held in our 2,000 m² conference centre, which is perfectly designed to meet the demanding and diverse needs of up to 2,000 guests.

Following a hard day’s work or sightseeing, unwind in the hotel’s indoor swimming pool or gym, or use the jogging path which runs along the river from right outside the hotel. During the annual Bockbier festival, guests can sample strong lagers on the terraces of the Nockherberg some 5 minutes away.

Guests have access to a number of facilities in the same building complex, including a fitness centre, a small shopping area, a pharmacy and a hairdresser.

All 14 of the hotel's conference rooms are versatile and fully equipped, and most benefit from natural daylight. The largest room can accommodate up to 600 delegates.

Food & beverage

Opened in March 2008, the Restaurant Grat³ offers modern Bavarian cuisine, international specialities, a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. Gain an insight into the work of our chefs by observing the unique, live cooking station. Breakfast is available here between 06:30 and 10:30, while lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:00.

The Hoch³ bar is open from 10:00 to 01:00 and offers cocktails, drinks, Bavarian tapas and snacks. This makes a pleasant meeting point throughout the day, whether you require a morning coffee, an afternoon tea, a late night drink or just a chat with your friends.

Area information

Within the hotel’s building complex you find the S-Bahn station "Rosenheimer Platz", which provides access to the city’s entire transport network. The international airport, the main railway station and the trade fair grounds can all be reached with ease.

Shopping facilities can be found 500 metres from the hotel, while a golf course and tennis courts lie at a distance of 5 kilometres. Numerous attractions and large company offices can be found within a 3-kilometre radius. The Olympic centre and Schloss Nymphenburg are each 8 kilometres from the hotel.

Close to the city

For Check in and out they do not have enough staff, therefore it is
going slow

I was very impressed with this hotel and will be staying there on my next visit, no doubt about that.The members of staff who I spoke to, who were receptionists and bar staff, were efficient, professional and friendly. The room maid ensured that my room was spotless every day and staff members who I passed whilst moving around the hotel always smiled and said hello.

The cost of breakfast. It is much cheaper in local cafes.

I had a good time. Too many families whom's kids were playing with the elevators, pressing buttons and running around. The hotel should install cameras and inform parents of those kids.

Central, walking distance from city centre.

My booking was initially wrong, I requested 2 rooms and only one was booked.I requested a Baby bed and it was not in the room.

Geographical local is excellent. The fact that there is an
underground/metro station below is also excellent. Moreover, a huge
supermarket availalbe in the shopping mall underneath is superb, along
with the rest of the shops and stores etc.

No concierge, making the cues at the reception too long being for a) the
safedeposit box ( which are unavailable in the rooms ) b) For directions
and questions mostly tourism related c) To check in or settle the bill
which are the tradional services of the reception but burdened in this
case by many other interruptions making the service for all rather slow
most of the time....

Very central, proximity to S-Bahn Station, good and friendly service,
excellent breakfast, fresh bed covers every day, ability to open the
window for letting fresh air in.

Only tiny remark: a somewhat bigger flatscreen tv would have been nice
rather than a crt tv. However, we only watched the news, so it was not
really important.

I especially liked the rates of the rooms, competitively priced
considering the cleanliness of the room, the location of the hotel
which is within walking distance from the city center and also includes
the big breakfast. The hotel is also connected by an underground
walkway to the train station, and with signs along the way so that you
will not get lost.

We had a long line during checkout; I had to wait for more than a half
and hour in line just for a 2 minute process.
