Pure relaxation awaits you in the hotel’s spacious spa area (additional fee required). This 800 m² health and beauty area includes a swimming pool, a whirlpool, an ice-grotto, 3 saunas, massage facilities, Ayurveda treatments, a solarium and a fitness area with personal trainer. Morning runs through Tiergarten can be arranged.

The hotel’s events centre has a total area of 2,400 m² and includes 18 rooms. A splendid ballroom with a 5-metre ceiling is available. All rooms include state-of-the-art technology and benefit from natural daylight.

The hotel’s Gourmet Catering service has many years of experience in providing catering for events of all kinds.

Food & beverage

Start your day with a tasty breakfast in the restaurant Bon Dia and enjoy the view of the Elefantentor (elephant gates) at the zoo entrance.

Small snacks and afternoon tea are served in the Lounge Bar, where you can listen to live piano music.

Earning its first Michelin star in 1997, the gourmet restaurant "first floor" is renowned for its stylish ambience and creative cuisine. Admire the attractive decor, which includes hand-woven Thai carpets and varnished rosewood furniture. Reservation is essential.

The "first floor" restaurant opening times are:

Mondays to Fridays between 12:00 and14:30 and between 18:30 and 22:30.
Saturdays and Sundays between 18:30 and 22:30.

Area information

Whether you are interested in shopping, culture, nightlife or gastronomy, the Hotel Palace boasts a perfect location. It is surrounded by cinemas, cabaret theatres, galleries and museums.

You also find the city’s zoo just next door, while Tegel Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

The Zoologischer Garten station can be reached on foot in a matter of minutes. Its numerous S-Bahn (city railway) lines, underground lines and bus services provide links to all parts of the city.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of experiencing. The hotel itself, with its facilities, rooms and services is tasteful and luxurious. Everything is incredibly clean and tidy. The smallest details have been taken into count. The restaurant at the hotel offers top quality gourmet food. The personal is highly professional, friendly and helpful. All in all excellent !!!!

It would be useful if it was indicated that there is a separate charge to use the sauna - which we happily paid!
