nothing ! expt when I need taxi they find it as soon . they dont want to talk with you , they not try to help you, they think that u stupid ! when I try to check out they give me 2 receipt they ask me to signatture one of them 315 Euro and they other 70 Euro but I dont do it because u send email to me that I have to pay only 203 euro and I let them and I go to the airport and they let the taxi wait me more than 15 min i pay for his waiting |

A cover for the bed so that it could be used as a sofa or another chair in the room. Bar or bistro not open late. |

Location is very convinient as it is near airport and various places of work in city centre. Its a nice hotel for business and therefore I would recommend for business person but not for family. Breakfast. They can improve upon breakfast by giving hot selection like scrabled eggs, sausage, bacon etc. but what they offer is cold breakfast. They can also improve upon choices i the room bar. Also staff could be more warm, friendly and interested in customer. But may be it is not possible as there were only one person each at reception, Bar and attending customer during breakfast. |

Clean room and excellent breakfast. Did not like having to turn in key everytime we left the hotel. In addition, the area the hotel is located in is declining. My family did not feel safe at night. |

Good location which is near shopping street, and 5 mins walk to Metro station, 20 mins to airport by metro. Non smoking, noisy, not friendly reception |

It was a very good bargain. It is more of a traditional style European hotel. The bed and room were small but the hotel was clean and in a very good location, just two minutes from Konstablerwache. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. No internet computer (although there is free wireless if you bring your own). |
