禁煙室があったのは丸。但し、同じフロアーだった為、喫煙室側からが若干近かったが遠回りをして部屋まで行かないと廊下がひどい臭いで通れなかった。 朝食はドイツらしくたっぷりあって丸でした。 古いせいか、部屋に時計が無く、TVも小さくて見にくかった。TVリモコンパネルは電池切れのようで使えなかった。冷蔵庫の中身の補充がされていなかった。電話の使い方にフロントNoが記されていなかった為、モーニングコールをフロントまで言いに行かなければならなかった。 |

Standard of cleanliness excellent. Breakfast - excellent selection. We had no complaints and would recommend the hotel. The only comment is staff had little English but did make a good effort to understand us. Unfortunately we did not speak German. Overall we were surprised at poor level of English in Berlin - even in restaurants only german menus, for a tourist location I had expected english menus as well |
