Standard of cleanliness excellent. Breakfast - excellent selection. We had no complaints and would recommend the hotel. The only comment is staff had little English but did make a good effort to understand us. Unfortunately we did not speak German. Overall we were surprised at poor level of English in Berlin - even in restaurants only german menus, for a tourist location I had expected english menus as well |

proximity to shopping area and train station. Very central. You had to ask for a drink at reception and have it dropped to you at an area with chairs on the first floor - a bar area would have been nice. |

Well situated near Tierpark. No change booking policy was horrendous. If ever I asked for anything beyond the basic offering (e.g. Could I borrow some tape?), they said "I cannot help you". Want to borrow an umbrella or adapter? Pay a deposit. (Zero trust). I would never go back. |
