Et hotell meget sentralt i øst Berlin. Gangavstand til mange vesentlige severdigheter. Hotellet har høy standard og viste oss en vennlighet og servicegrad som langt overgikk prisen vi betalte. Internet tilgang i resepsjonen kunne vært gratis. |

Beautiful, new, clean and comfortable hotel. Yes. In most of the information materials it appears under the name 'Jolly Hotel Vivaldi' and it is not explicitly indicated that this hotel belongs to NH hotel chain. However, at the hotel the name 'Jolly Hotel Vivaldi' is poorly visible instead the name 'NH hotels ...' or something like that appears, which is confusing, if you have not noticed that this hotel belongs to NH hotels. |

Location, location, location! There were 2 days (out of 10) that the room was not cleaned on time. Problem solved after calling the reception. Explanation was that part of the staff was ill on those days. |

Brilliantly located. clean, modern rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Even though room was not ready on arrival and we told to come back in half an hour, when room was still not ready, staff were very couteous and offered us free drink of whatever we liked in the bar whilst we waited. Rest of stay was faultless. |

The Hotel is close to every point of interest. The room is comfortable and quite silent despite the presence of the train station. Every think was ok with me. |
