The hotel is very comfort, the staff was very welcoming and the value for money high. There was a problem with the air-condition in the room and within minutes we were upgraded. |

For me Kempinski brings the notion of "service" to a new level. Breakfast (included in the room rate) was beyond every expectation. The location is also convenient, note airport bus around the corner. On two occasions there was a brown deposit in the wash basin. Iron from the plumbing? |

Location is excellent. Quality of building and furnishings are excellent. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. No thermostat in the room to control temperature - only an ineffective on/off fan, and very noisy with passing trains when the window was open. Pool was out of use for maintenance. Food is good but overpriced. |

The hotel location.. Right in the center.. The hotel need immediate renovation and elevators & furniture needs to be replaced! Although the historical facts, they need to do a huge job. the standard room's sizes is really small (squeezed) sizes! Noy good for more tyan 2guests wih 1luggage otherwise it will be difficult to move arround |
