there is no fitness center, that what they call fitness center is a 10 m2 room with no fresh air

The sauna/steam room/pool were excellent.

Our room was quite small but it still represented good value for money for us.

Great location, lots of nice places around, cool restaurants, big brand name shops, great transport connection.

Its overrated, rooms need badly redecoration, bathroom is big but rusty, no way that hotel deserves name Kempinski.

the convenient location. the staff are friendly

the 6th floor has a bad odour. The so-called air conditioning is not cool at all and it makes the room very warm. the pillows are not comfortable. We requested a non smoking room but were given a room on the smoking floor.

Staff who welcomed me as a regular guest, gave me my regular room and who think in advance of what needs to be done.

I do wish, the previous Breakfast restaurant could be reinstated. Reinhardts - a franchise is too cramped, noisy, and doesn't have a chef to preüare omlettes etc. exactly as I want them.

Great location, pool & spa facilities, good service & nice restaurant. An excellent weekend with a superb choice of hotel.

Standard rooms a little small but adequately furnished and clean. Expensive breakfast but lots of places close by for alternatives.

14 of us went All had a great time. The Hotel and the staff were superb but the sevice in the breakfast area was very slow. We would all go again

Location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. TV with Russian channels

Air condition didn't work, it was critical because the weather was very hot. When asked staff to repair air condition, they brought fan.

The location of the hotel is perfect!! The breakfast was also vero good.
It was worth of its price.

Hotel rooms were not worth of five stars. Three stars is enough for
these oldfashioned rooms. Rooms were absolutely too hot. The could not
sleep. Aircondition did not work. And finally I had to recode my keycard
four times on three days. That is too much.
