La posizione centrale Al di là del costo particolarmente interessante, grazie al sevizio booking.com, il Kempinkski NON può più classificarsi come albergo di lusso. Moltisismi particolari me lo hanno dimostrato (sono un organizzatore professionale PCO di congressi e ho l'occhio "particolarmente" allenato!) |

The hotel is very comfort, the staff was very welcoming and the value for money high. There was a problem with the air-condition in the room and within minutes we were upgraded. |

For me Kempinski brings the notion of "service" to a new level. Breakfast (included in the room rate) was beyond every expectation. The location is also convenient, note airport bus around the corner. On two occasions there was a brown deposit in the wash basin. Iron from the plumbing? |

Location is excellent. Quality of building and furnishings are excellent. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. No thermostat in the room to control temperature - only an ineffective on/off fan, and very noisy with passing trains when the window was open. Pool was out of use for maintenance. Food is good but overpriced. |
