Our 403 guest rooms and suites are spread over 11 floors and some feature WLAN.

A parking service and 24-hour breakfast service are available. In addition, the hotel offers a laundry/dry cleaning service, a hairdresser's, and a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room which can be used by guests at no extra charge. Massages can be booked separately.

Food & beverage

The Galerie restaurant serves breakfast from 06:30 until 11:00 Monday through Saturday and from 06:30 until 14:00 on Sundays.

The Checkpoint Bar serves cocktails and other drinks. It also has daily live music.

The Atelier restaurant serves excellent fresh cuisine.

excellent hotel. Exceptionally quiet - a feature of good room design and general layout. A big plus in my opinion. Great front of house staff - very friendly and helpful to a first time visitor - and room service excellent. VERY well located fo the sights of central Berlin, Rooms very comfortable.

The location, the facilities were incredible and easy to move around since I participated in the Localization World Conference.

When serving such a great amount of people I think that perhaps another two lines for the food line would have helped when the lunch was held in the basement area. The dinning area was good but unfortunatelly the waiters could not keep up, I waited for a cup of coffe for a long time and ended up leaving, I could not get anything out of the machine since it was not in use during lunch meals.

I was upgraded to a suite, which worked very well as I was staying on business. Full marks

I had the most disgusting sandwich from room service ever. They were obviously busy(?) didn't have time to take my call and reception had to insist they rang me back. I intend to post a comment on Trip Adviser, I avoided breakfast as a result and would never eat here.

The central position .

Too big and impersonal. The breakfast room and service is very chaotic.Room is rather small and it would be nice if we have a kettle provided to make hot refreshment.

The service in the bar was very poor during both nights of my stay. In the end I walked out after being left to sit for ten minutes.

Great Location and the hotel staff were courteous...the bistro attached to the hotel provides a good choice of food/value for money and the staff were superb

The air conditioner worked excellent during our stay. It was quite a good idea for hotel's security that without room-keykard one could not use elevators.

The temperature in the swimming pool was a bit cold. It would be much better if the room for changing clothes were seperated between men and women.The price for breakfast was quite expensive (22 euros per person).
