The room was excellent, clean and comfortable to relax in. Perfect location for doing business at the Messe. Internet arrangements too pricey. Reception desk staff did not pass on information to the next shift. |

There was three of us travelling and i have booked 3 rooms at 520 each,when we arrived the hotel was on "overbooking" so two of us had to share a room. i think this is not correct for an hotel of this standing. |

Not very far from the main train station. The breakfast was excellent although not included with the room. The room was not spacious. The site from the room was not pleasing (you can only see buildings from the room). |

Well there is one certain thing that was really disturbing. In the morning when the cleaning lady just came in I felt very uncomfortable. The hotel is great but such behavior is unacceptable. |

Easy access to the Messe was fantastic Breakfast service was bad ! No attentation at all to guest reqvest no prepared tables, not enough warm food prepared in time etc. |
