everythings , location, staff, i was realy very satisfy during my stay in it, and i want to make a special thanks for miss sozana from the reception with all our regards to her( seham, hessah, wasmiyah and mother) for her cooperation and kidness

it was perfect having the mbc channel but need more arabic channel and kids channel ( e.g. mbc3) and also, would be perfect to have the internet free at room rate just like other hotels around,also its better to have arabic menu for moslims at room service menu

Extremely courteous and helpfl staff. A great location for the city. Beautiful and very quiet rooms. a superb but pricy breakfast buffet (20 Euro).

the personnel working at the reception have been extremely helpful.They all speak fluent English and are friendly and professional

we paid extra for a grand room so that we have more space for lugguages. However, the room is extremely dark as there is only a small panel of window while the rest of the room are surrounded with brick walls and therefore no natural light. Not worth the extra money to get a grand room. Also, there are flowers that they put in the bathroom and also the seating area have all dried up.
