The location and the promotional price. The real price is to big.

I had a broken toilette and nobody fixed it. In the bathroom a shower installation was more appropiate.

Rooms very small, cupboard space a disgrace - no shelves or drawers -
not sufficient for 2 persons even if only for 3 nights . Breakfast
room not enough space. 3 service staff more interested in spending
time in the kitchen chatting than clearing tables or serving tea &
coffee. Only spoke french and had difficulty understanding guests
trying to speak french

Although the room was small it was comfortable, clean nad well-
maintained. It was also quite well sound proofed. The location is
excellent

The life is small and holds few people which can be a problem as stiars
are too steep for luggage

Nice cozy hotel, perfect location, just few steps from Arc de Triumph
and famous street Champs Elysees. Paris is waw city, would defenatly
come back again and again. So much to see!

I like everything in the hotel, so I have no complanes.

The staff were very helpful, the location of the hotel was excellent and the breakfast was just right to start your day with.

the beds are a bid hard, but still ok after a great day in Paris.

Room not available upon late check in. Given room had not been cleaned
and the reception person had to go in and clean the bathroom, however
the sheets were not changed from the previous guests..DISGUSTING!, In
the other room there were pubic hairs on the tub and the A.C. did not
work at all!

The location of the hotel is superb and the staff was always pleasant , courteous and very helpful.

Rooms and bathrooms were very small - even for Paris standards - as well as the breakfast area.

location at champs elysee. breakfast was alright.

The 9 sqm room and the barely for two bed size was a turn off. The bathroom was the size of an airplane toilet. The wi fi was not automatic and we always had to get the prepaid card number from the lobby. the elevator needs to be replaced.
