The staff was excellent, hotel was nice. Amazing that facing the airport runway you could hear no outside noise whatsoever.

The air conditioning was marginal, could not cool the room quite enough. There are very few services available nearby outside the hotel .

Rooms would need slight renovation. Carpet in particular was worn and dirty. Better isolation between rooms needed. TV from room next door could be heard through the wall.

1) The Wake-up call system - telephone from room did not work. The
operator could not/would not give me a dial-up number - I needed to
go down to reception. The Wake-up call then was 15 minutes after
that requested. This was the only irritation.

Convenient location to airport shuttle and train; courtesy and
efficiency of reception and concierge staff; cleanliness, soundproofing
and lightproofing of room

Terrible experience of Les Etoiles restaurant - poor and slow service of
maitre d and waiter. We ordered a la carte - excellent complimentary
appetiser followed by mediocre entrees and two main courses. The lobster
was mediocre, the chicken was inedible - stale and recooked/overcooked
schnitzel type dish with paltry sauce. At 44 Euros a disgrace. (At check
out ncharge for the chicken was waived)

The hotel's structure was stunning! Its location adjacent to the airport meant I avoided Paris traffic before a morning flight and had a peaceful night's sleep.
