The room was very comfortable, clean, and the bathroom/shower was way above average for this price range. Very convenient to the Paris airport (CDG). We did need some help from the evening receptionist that was surprisingly not available from him: the telephone number for Air France. Since this hotel is located next to CDG, one would think that all airline numbers are available at the front desk. The person did not offer to get it for us. The other negative was the "smell" outside of the hotel; it could have been a "rendering plant" nearby-- |

Very spacious suites with large clean (new) bathroom. The complimemntary in-room coffee was only provided during the first day. Also, while there was a kitchen, there were no dishcloths or soap or cooking utensils (spatula etc) for the two pots provided. |

The amenities were very good. Internet access perfect. Enjoyed the possibilities for making breakfast in room. Bed very comfortable. Nice bathtub. Room was very cold. Our efforts to turn up heat to no avail. Only one bath towel provided for two guests. |

Shuttle service to and from hotel is reliable and as scheduled. This hotel suite has a fully equipped kitchen. The market and bakery are easily within walking distance through a lovely park. Having a beautiful park across the street is great for exercising and relaxing. This is a great choice for transit travelers. Public transportation into the city is easy but takes about an hour. |

We only stayed one night, however everything was made easy. They had made up the sofa bed before we arrived which was great because it was late and we have small children. The room was clean . The transfers to and from the airport were very easy, especially as they now go to terminal 1 as well as terminal 2. the toilet did need to be fixed, it kept running |

The style of rooms. No restaurant. The staff did not bring the iron and ironing board up to my room, and then had the audacity to try and charge me 25 euros for not bringing them down! They then called us a taxi which turned up late and charged us 27 Euros to the airport which is apparently 2.6km away! When I called the hotel to ask why this taxi charges 19 euros before you get in, they said they did not know!! |

We had a massive 2 bedroom suite which was great when travelling with our kid. Such a relief after small rooms in Europe The 17Euro breakfast was a rip off. They advertised breakfast to be between 7-11am. We got there at 10am, no more hot food and coffee machine was broken, so only American style coffee. Very expensive croissant, cereal and mediocre coffee. |
