Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta vastaanotossa ja ruokaravintolassa, heille täydet 10 pistettä huoneitten siisteystaso ja laatu huono, pölyt pitäisi pyyhkiä myös viikon oleskelun aikana, samoin lattia pitäisi imuroida päivittäin. Ei vastaa suomalaisen käsitystä neljän tähden hotellin siisteydestä. Huoneitten varustelutaso kehnohko, saippuat ja shampoot pitäisi täydentää jatkuvasti, samoin pumpulit (pumpulia ei täydennetty ollenkaan!). Sängyn alta löytyi edellisen vierailijan shortsit! |

sea view close to the beach the restaurant staff did not keep an eye out for people sitting in the lounge who wanted serving a drink. No tea making facilities in the room. |

Friendliness and efficiency of the staff, excellent restaurant (6* !) Dated and 'tired' decor in need of refurbishment, particularly the bathroom. Room booked as 'de luxe' rather small and definitely below expected standard. |

Being next door to the Negresco The wardrobe was incredibly small for a week's stay - more appropriate for a weekend or perhaps a backpacker with just two pairs of shorts. Also no usable bar service (unless you like sitting alone in a tent). |

Poor room decor - shabby rather than shaby chique. No acceptable bar facilities.High room occupancy daily charge rate of 300 euros which did not include breakfast. 40 euros per day for two people for breakfast is extortionate. Poor overall hotel facilities. A two star rating would be more appropriate. |
