Henkilökunta oliystävällistä Hotellin hinta per yö vaihteli ja en lopulta tiedä mikä oli todellinen hinta.Kirjautuessani sisään, kirjattiin per 3 yötä 600 £, lähtiessäni 3x 169,, mutta se korjattiin viimeiseksi 2 x 169+1x 259. Minulle jäi tunne että hinnan olisi pitänyt olla 3x169, mutta minulta kuitenkin veloitettiin enemmän |

The location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk to Oxford Street and Selfridges. The room was very nice (Deluxe Double) with a great bathroom and walk in shower. The service at Breakfast time was slow .. we had to wait a good 15 minutes for a table. |

Hotel is in a fantastic location just off Oxford Street and beside a lovely little area called St Christopher's Place which has lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Our deluxe room was spotless if a little on the small side for the price. The hotel concierge is a fountain of knowledge about London and its attractions. We had a room to the front of the hotel - traffic noise very loud despite the double glazing. Bed too soft, and the turndown service only provided a weather forcast for the next day. At €250 per night I think they should be able to stretch to a chocolate and water! |

Only the location that easy to access to Tube station and shopping area 1. I can't use the internet access in-room and nobody can fix it and not willing to bring-in the supplier who own the system fixing it 2. The hotel assign us uncomfy room while there still have better room (we found out later when we request to change the room due to the internet) 3. gsa is not friendly to us but friendly to those have blond hair. 4. inroom dining is very poor. |
