Principalmente la ubicación que es perfecta, la atención y la bañera de hidromasaje Tenemos niño pequeño que va en carrito y la entrada tiene cinco pedazo escalones que cada vez que entras o sales tienes que hacer peripecias a pesar de que el botones de la entrada se esfuerza en echarte una mano cuando no esta algo despitado. Habitualmente muy despitados o no están. También la climatización de habitación fatal, no se puede regular y hace mucho calor y ruido. Muy caro todo. |

Ubicación y que al ser un hotel que renovaron hace poco está todo nuevo. Es un hotel pequeño, de look moderno y funcional, según un estandar más europeo le daría 4* pero no 5. El spa (piscina interior con chorros de agua), el baño turco y el gimnasio son pequeños pero agradables. En recepción nos trataron muy bien de acuerdo a su categoría y resolvieron temas de reservas y traslado Nada, conforme lo esperado según las críticas leídas anteriormente. |

La ubicacion y el confort. Se rompio el aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que pasar 2 días sin aire. Finalmente debimos cambiar de hotel porque el problema no se soluciono. Pero el hotel es grandioso. |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. Room very clean and comfortable. Did not use spa or restaurant at hotel. Travelled with 9 month old child and both the hotel and everybody in Rome were extremely happy to see her where ever we went. |

Very trendy, upscale, quiet, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. There were a number of things closed: the restaurant for dinner for a majority of our stay, the terrace restaurant with a view on the top of the building was closed, pool was closed a number of days. The location was decent, some of the staff were very helpful (inc. Manager) This is by no means a 5 star hotel, at most 4. The hotel food was terrible and stale (1 star). Although after complaining to the manager at billing, they deducted the food. This really redeemed the hotel for us. |

the location - it's close to restaurants and the metro it is not worthy of a 5 star rating. the rooms are small and hotel staff not very friendly. the rate didn't include breakfast and the food was too expensive. the internet usage in the room is also too expensive and not even a business center with free internet. |
