nothing.....

the hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars, the staff was very rude, we took suite and a lot of things was broken there, also jacuzzi that was the most important for us. when we complained about it the staff told that it was us that broke this, they didn't repair anything, we wanted in that case speak with the maneger but he didn't apeare during 2 days.(strange...) never again!!!!!

The cleanliness of the room. Easy access to the subway.

No help from desk clerks. No restaurants near hotel. Out of the way of everything.

Very nice, design hotel with comfortable rooms, in europian meaning. clean was mead with a very good planing.

the breakfast not very special, but as we know it,s very normal in italy, they eat only sweet things for breakfast.

air condition was out of order in our room, we had corner´s room - there was very cold and noisy because of wrong air condition

The hotel is new so modern and clean.

The location wasn't the best but this wasn't the main problem. The hotel did not have any facilities such as bars nearby therefore we expected to be able to use the bar in the hotel. It wasn't finished and the bar was not open although the staff did try to lie and tell us it was. It was then that I got a glass of wine from the bar - it was decidedly off. It advertised a bar it doesn't have.

The Hotel was easy to get to via the metro line (Re di Roma stop) as well as by train from Leonardo di Vinci Airport at Fiumicino. It was only 4 stops from the Termini station and quite accessible to many of Rome's attractions. The hotel was very clean and modern and our room was lovely, but small, with a patio. The Breakfast Room had available quite a variety of food and drinks to choose from.

The shower was an open concept with no shower curtain for privacy and the toilet area had only a green glass panel sliding door that closed slightly. We would have preferred more privacy than the room provided.
