The staff, reservation, breakfast, chamber maids were all extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.

The bedroom was very hot.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location for the metro and train from the airport. Try the great family restaurant Alfredos in the same road on the other side of Via Cavour.

Restaurant and Bar expensive.

During our stay on early Nov., air conditioning was not operated. For Japanese, it would be inconvenience because we feel cool.

Location close to train station, buses & attractions, helpful pleasant staff, beautiful large quiet clean room, great breakfast. Very pleased we were allowed early check-in.

We had control of the air conditioner and it worked very well (we've stayed in many 4 star European hotels and this has not been the case). The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the bath towels were nice. We really enjoyed having coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

We would have liked breakfast to begin earlier, perhaps 6 a.m., so we could have eaten before having to leave.

the front-office personal will need a lot of training to do right the job they're doing and we're listening (unfortunatly) to a very loud noise of the water running down the pipes
